Paula began her career in real estate 28 years ago and has a broad range of experience including corporate relocation, asset management services and commercial office leasing and sales.  Before joining Commercial Executives she spent more than 12 years at CB Richard Ellis.   Her role at CB Richard Ellis grew over the years to include all phases of the research, marketing, client services, listing and negotiation of the leases and sales of commercial office properties.  In the last five years, she has participated in the leasing and selling of over 150 transactions a year and over 1.5 million square feet of office and medical office space.  She participated in landlord and tenant representation assignments including  the Howard Hughes Corporation, The Molasky Group of Companies ,Tivoli Village at Queensridge, Nevada Pacific Dental and CareMore Medical Enterprises.  

 Prior to working for CB Richard Ellis, Paula was an Account Executive for Re/Max International in Englewood, Colorado for four years and Henry S. Miller Realtors in Houston, Texas for more than ten years.  Her involvement helped her CB Richard Ellis team earn the CoStar Group Top Power Broker distinction for Office Leasing Transaction Volume in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
